Information regarding the right of withdrawal from the contract
As a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement for products purchased in our online store - within 14 days without providing a reason.
The 14-day period is counted from the day you or another person designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Products. If the Products are delivered to you in batches, the period for withdrawing from the Sales Agreement begins from the day you take possession of the last batch of Products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal from the agreement, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, e.g., by:

You can use our template for the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the Sales Agreement, it is sufficient to send the statement before the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, we will refund you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method you chose that is different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this agreement. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution.
You are obliged to return the purchased Product/s to us without delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the day you withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Product back before it expires.
You bear the cost of shipping the returned Product. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. If you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us, we are not obliged to refund the additional costs incurred by you.
The returned Products must be in full value and in their original packaging. It is also important to ensure that the Products are protected from damage.
We have the right to withhold your payment refund until we receive the Product back or you provide proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
You are only responsible for the reduction in value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement if the subject of the agreement is the delivery of one of the following products:

Personalized products (i.e., products that are customized according to the customer's wishes or products made according to the customer's specifications)

Products in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery. Therefore, you cannot return an opened cosmetic product, for example.
